Enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, the car or service you're interested in, your budget range, the best time to call and your message.
Phone, email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Customers: the details we need to sell you a vehicle and keep records of the sale.
Website usage (only if you accept cookies): Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel record how the site is used, such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it and our lawful basis

Responding to your enquiry and arranging viewings or test drives: steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
Selling you a vehicle and after-sales contact: performance of a contract.
Keeping sales and accounting records: legal obligation.
Following up on enquiries and protecting the website from misuse: our legitimate interests.
Website analytics and advertising measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Netlify hosts the website.
Supabase stores enquiries and our vehicle listings.
Resend delivers enquiry notification emails to us.
Rosey Co, our website and marketing agency, maintains the website and is notified of new enquiries so it can support us.
Google, Microsoft and Meta provide analytics and advertising tools, used only if you accept cookies.
WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a sale: up to 2 years from our last contact with you.
Sales records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw your cookie consent at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.
